About 10 minutes into the movie when the Marady gang ties up Randolph Scott, they tie his legs right at the knees as clearly visible when they pick him up. But in the next several scenes as he lays on the ground, there is no rope around his knees.
When the shot-up stagecoach arrives in town with a supposedly dead driver slumped in his seat, he visibly sits up enough in order to control and stop the horses.
When Marady and his henchmen ride into town and Delong is under siege in the cantina, Marady tells his men to ignore the situation since they intend to "Go on to the Bank Club", which they plan to rob. However, the sign clearly visible behind the men, indicates they are standing directly in front of the Bank Club.
One of the guitarists in the cantina is playing a style of guitar which wasn't invented until the 1930s, a Martin Dreadnought.
