Sex & Nudity

  • A young man and woman are seen in bed together. Her breasts are shown, they are seen kissing, and later they are seen thrusting. Relatively mild depiction.
  • There is an undercurrent of sensuality between a young man and his aunt. She is frequently seen rubbing her hands on him and speaking to him like a lover.
  • A young man's bare buttocks are seen for several seconds as he is getting into the shower and confronted by his aunt.

Violence & Gore

  • There are several murders by a deranged woman. She stabs, strangles and hits people on the head. A fair amount of blood.
  • A car crash is seen. After the brakes fail on a car going through the mountains, a car narrowly misses hitting several cars in ongoing traffic before finally going off a cliff and exploding.
  • A man's hand is cut off by a woman with a knife.
  • A rotting corpse is seen in the basement.
  • A decapitated head is seen preserved in a large jar in the basement.

Profanity

  • There are several words: damn, hell, fuck, etc.
  • Strong element of homophobia. A detective uses 'fag' as a term of abuse repeatedly and calculatedly.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • A police detective is frequently seen smoking.
  • A woman is seen putting drops of a liquid drug into a carton of milk which she gives to a young man to drink. He is later seen collapsing and asleep.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The car crash sequence is fairly intense and is one of the more frightening scenes.
  • There is much tension in some of the murder scenes.

Sex & Nudity

  • When rebuffed by a potential suitor, the aunt pulls her skirt up (nothing seen) and undoes her shirt, with breast and nipples clearly visible. She then stabs the suitor and blood splatters on her breasts.
