Kid-friendly movie

Okay, it may not be Casablanca, but I did enjoy this movie. It was a Disney movie , at a time when Disney was still making movies that children could watch. What a shame that kids 20 years later can't have something this decent to watch. I would recommend it to parents who would like to sit down and watch a movie with their kids , although it now is a bit dated, that they don't worry about how many four-letter words will be in each scene. Bill Hudson and Cindy Williams did a great job. They also did a television series along the same line. I'd love to see it out on DVD. It was on , I think, the Family Channel in either 1986 or'87. I believe there were enough episodes for a DVD.Maybe Disney will release it in the near future also.

Best Family Movie

I saw this for the first time, way back in 1994, it was on t.v, i loved it and sourced the video new soon afterwords. the story starts in the heart of New York, Where Lisa and Tom are having some problems, the both have no job and are looking for anything that comes there way. Soon afterwords Tom gets a job at Nirvana, i clothing line for kids in Nirvana. he accepts, not knowing that the boss Cyrus thinks they have kids. and does not like the idea of someone working for him who hasn't had children. Lisa and Tom come up with a zany idea of paying two kids Mickey and Coop money for attending a picnic. Soon after some great moments with the kids. Lisa and Tom would like there stay to be more permanent with the kids. i found this movie heartwarming and very entertaining, even at 20, i still cant get enough of it. wish movies were made like this today best chemistry between two actors in the film sure would be Hillary Wolf and Cindy Williams 10 out of 10

Grew up watching this movie along with a few others. This one and Little Spies were two of my favorite and absolutely impossible to find. Disney plus has Fuzzbucket and Candleshoes so I pray they will pull these out of their vault so I can share my child hood with my own kids.
