- A choreographed dance scene takes place, in which many sweaty female dancers in tight, revealing outfits are seen. One dancer is seen stroking her butt and thigh. Lots of leg spreading and close ups of the women's crotches.
- Between two women discussing a male fugitive, rape is mentioned as a danger.
- The female dancers wear very revealing clothing. Their outfit is is a very tight one piece bikini style outfit, with a hole cut out to expose their stomachs. Lots of cleavage is revealed and their butt cheeks are somewhat visible. Their outfits are also very tight around their crotches.
- A woman wears a shirt with no bra in one scene and you can see her nipples through the fabric.
- A woman presents a digital video file to the rebel fighters. The woman's outfit had no pockets and the main character briefly glances towards her groin and asks, "Where did you hide that?" The woman smiles and says, "None of your business," implying that she hid it in an intimate area.
- A woman exercises in a revealing outfit. She then fights with a man who breaks in her house, is tied up, and kidnapped. Not at all sexual, and the man doesn't intend to harm her or threaten her at all.
- A woman is falsely accused of having sexual relationships with multiple men.
- There is an obese "stalker", who attempts to sexually assault the female deuteragonist. His fat body gets on top of the woman with his pants down (exposing his underwear), but no rape happens as he is interrupted from getting killed by her sabotage attack.
Violence & Gore

- The prison fight and shootout scene is somewhat intense, and some characters are shot and killed. During this scene, Richards punches several men and throws another over some railing.
- Richards informs a woman he could snap her neck like a chicken's.
- The violence is big but you can hardly see the impact in some of the scenes because of the darkness.
- There's a large final shootout and several people die, most bloodlessly.
- A man's head explodes after his explosive collar detonates. Seen from a distance but very gruesome.
- It's heavily implied that a crowd of people are massacred by helicopter gunfire (this is seen and mentioned a couple of times).
- A man pins a piece of paper to another man's back by stabbing him with a pen. Painful but comical.
- Two men brutally fight when one attacks another with a chainsaw, and one of them is sliced between the legs with the chainsaw. (not seen) Some blood splatters on his face. This is also very gruesome, but is partly played for comedic effect.
- A "stalker" gets electrocuted by his own high-voltage armor.
- A man fights several men in a helicopter in the beginning.
- The throat of a "stalker" is sliced by a barb wire; blood squirts everywhere from his neck.
- A character wearing an electric suit attempts to rape a woman but is electrocuted when she shoots a sprinkler system which comes into contact with his outfit, killing him.
- A woman has her neck broken and thrown into barbwire.
- A character is burned to death onscreen, mildly graphic.
- A character finds few dead bodies in gruesome positions.

- The main hero smokes a cigar at the beginning. A man makes a snide remark to a large, muscular man about being deaf from steroid use; the same muscular man jokes about having to "score some steroids" later in the film.

- The movie is intense throughout, in particular 'The Running Man' gameshow featured where unarmed "contestants" run gauntlets with masked characters trying to kill them with a variety of weapons (chainsaw, razor-sharp ice hockey sticks, flamethrower, electrocution)
- The opening scene is intense.
Spoilers
Violence & Gore
- The main antagonist is forced in to a shuttle pod and sent down a transport tunnel. The pod flies off the rails and smashes in to a billboard, which erupts in flames.
- Yapphet kottos character Laughlin is killed by buzzsaw he slices him in the arm and dies of his injuries
- Two men have a fight with bloody results. One man is thrown into spikes. This is graphic.
