- At the beginning of the movie male and a woman are in bed,the woman is wearing a sexy nighty and they are kissing/ frolicking seductively (she straddles him etc) . At one point they fight but it weirdly and unrealistically turns back into kissing etc.
- A mutant sex worker bares her three prosthetic breasts during three scenes; In one of these scenes, a man squeezes and rubs them. Prosthetic breasts and nipples clearly seen up close all three times.

- A man is thrown out of a space station; He starts choking and his face and eyes start to balloon outwards, his brain starts leaking out his ears. Two other character's start suffering the same situation, but survive before they suffer any severe damage due to the new atmosphere. Red for sure, especially for the death of the film's main villain.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Characters are occasionally shown being subjected to Mars' toxic atmosphere; this causes their faces to swell up, eyes to bulge and nearly pop out, and their bodies to start turning inside out, with gory results. Very intense and disturbing.
