The distributors originally wanted the producers to use another title as they were concerned the film might be thought of as a porno in some countries and could be difficult to sell.
Main character Ronnie uses a line that the actor (Margi Clarke) used in one of her previous films, 'Letter to Brezhnev' - "I never go anywhere without me bits!". Her brother, Frank Clarke (who wrote this film) also wrote 'Letter to Brezhnev'.
