- A man slams another man's head against a mirror, splattering a lot of blood and then smashes his head against a sink. He then places a microphone against the back of the man's head and records the sound of him breaking his neck.
- While the film isn't gory, it is still extremely violent and disturbing. Several scenes of lengthy violence with realistic sound effects.
- There is a brief but sudden sequence where a dozen people are shot to death. While most death aren't shown, there are several shots of people being shot in the stomach and back; a man is also shot in the face and blood is shown spraying from the area around his eyeball.
- A character's dead body is seen, his death isn't shown but it is implied that he was shot. The camera shows a man being hit in the head with an unknown object, presumably a gun, before he is beaten to death; this is intense but the death is obscured by a rafter.
- A man fires into the air before there is a very sudden shot of a man falling from a rafter, dead; his body slams against the ground and against a slab of concrete. Very realistic and sudden.
- A man is shot off-screen but the camera cuts to his dead body with blood spurting out of the wound in the top of his head. Very sudden and disturbing.
- Although in black and white, exit wounds can often be seen.

- The main characters drink and smoke casually, sometime to the point of intoxication. One scene features the protagonists stumbling drunkenly through the streets.

- A very graphic rape scene. Genitals briefly shown. Can be very disturbing and lasts several minutes.
- A woman is seen dead, apparently having been sodomized with a flute. It's then implied, though not shown, that another woman was sodomized with a broom.
Violence & Gore
- A child is smothered to death after witnessing the main character murder his parents.
- A man and woman, the woman having earlier been raped, are found dead in a very graphic panning shot. The woman is shown disemboweled and her intestines are shown spayed around the room; the man's throat is slit and some dried blood is shown around his neck.
- A man is very suddenly shot in the head, a lot of blood sprays and splatters on a couple nearby people.
- A man enters a home and proceeds to strike a woman in the face with a gun, causing her to convulse and die of a seizure. He then walks throughout the house and, upon coming across a man in the bathroom, smashes his face against a sink before breaking his neck. He chases after a little boy before eventually suffocating him with a pillow, this is a very lengthy and disturbing sequence.

- Ben goes off on a few rants about black people and gay people, one of which is pretty long and about a black man he just murdered
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A man is very suddenly shot in the head for seemingly no reason, and what's even more disturbing is how the others don't react and even seen somewhat elated.
- The film is extremely disturbing and extremely violent towards the end. The main character is a serial killer and brutally murders people throughout the film in a variety of ways. There is also a very disturbing rape sequence. (but this is the worst thing you get in the entire movie) The ending, in which the main characters are suddenly shot to death by an unseen assailant, is also quite intense.
