Sex & Nudity

  • There is a comical description of sex, first by the scouts (kids), and then by their leader, who uses a Barbie and Ken doll, sound effects, and a cigarette to describe what happens during sex. It is not overly vulgar.

Violence & Gore

  • There are several fight scenes.
  • The main character gets attacked by a bear and the kids watch him drop to the ground, playing dead. He survives.
  • Through the movie, an FBI agent carries a sniper and occasionally scopes the main character but is always interrupted.
  • The same FBI agent tells the main character "he's a dead man"

Profanity

  • Daniel Stern at times says "For Christ's sake."
  • 'Sh*t' is said once but is obscured.
  • The Lord's name is taken in vain, including several 'For Christ's sake' said a few times.
  • Some minor name-calling, including 'coward' and 'doofus'.
  • 'F*ck' is said once.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Some characters smoke, and during the aforementioned description of sex, he says "After, the man smokes a cigarrette".

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A man encounters a large bear that is somewhat aggressive, but the scene is played for laughs.
  • This may be frightening for some viewers.

  • Near the end, a young boy jumps over a railing and accidentally falls over an edge of a cliff, but he hangs onto a log and is rescued.
