- The main villainess Carrigan Crittenden went from being flat in the chest as a human, to being busty as a ghost,
- A couple of chaste kisses, a couple of vague sexual references.

- Casper mocks hanging himself to dissuade Kat from going out with a boy.
- Some mild comic violence including a humerous fight scene. Ghosts pull out guns and attempt to kill a man. Two characters die and later on in the film turn into ghosts.

- Carrigan says "for Christ's sake" on a few occasions.

- The film deals with the ideas of death, loss, and remembering those you've loved. Everything in this regard is handled in a thoughtful and even touching fashion, but it may be unexpected.

- Carrigan grabs an axe and tries to kill Dibbs, after this fails she attempts to run him over. This attempted is thwarted by her crashing into a tree. She then forces open her door and accidentally falls to her death.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Three mean ghosts are rude, they turn out to be nice at the end. Some characters die or are referenced to be dead.
