- There are many death scenes in this movie, none too scary, almost feels more like a drama film
- Michael Myers chase a woman driving away.
- Several graphic deaths are shown onscreen and they are all quite disturbing. Many frightening "jump" scenes appear in the film and they may be considered intense for some audiences.

- PRODUCER'S CUT: Jamie dies in hospital.
- THEATRICAL CUT: Michael killed Jamie by impaling on farm equipment. He turns it on which makes her scream in pain as the rollers are shown in very gory detail.
