- Two men fight each other. One of them has his head slammed into a wall (resulting with some blood on his forehead), and strangulated to death.
- A woman slaps a man.
- The same woman is stabbed in the back and dies instantly. A bloody knife is seen afterward.
- A man pretends to be dead.
- A man uses a tiny bucket to kill two snakes. One is killed offscreen, while the other kill is briefly shown.
- Several naked women walk on four like animals as they are whipped by some malformed men.
- Numerous references to cannibalism.
- A lifeless body is seen lying on a horseback, with some ugly bruises on the butt.
- Two women have been tied together with goats. Very bloody.
- A man has been cruicified, while several women have been heavily wrapped in old newspapers.
- Several of the malformed people are very bloody.
- A man uses his gun to point at another man.
- A man performs a surgery on a malformed man. Not much is shown because of how the scene was filmed, but some blood can be seen.
- In a flashback sequence, a woman has her dress ripped open. Her breasts are being cut multiple times.
- In another flashback scene, a woman is dragged into a cave where she's being kept. Later, a the corpse of a man has small bugs and creatures crawling over his body and eating from it. The woman ends up eating and chewing on the small animals. Back to the present time, the man has become a skeleton.

- While some of the violence during the first half may be kinda intense, the second half of this movie is very disturbing, and may be bound to offend some people.

Spoilers
Violence & Gore
- A woman appears to be in pain. Little blood can be seen coming out from her mouth. In the next scene, it is revealed she has died. Later, it is revealed she has been poisoned.
- A man points his gun at two people, who end up falling into water. Both of them are okay afterward, but it is revealed the gun is empty, due to another man having taken the bullets out from it.
- After a foot chase and some talk, a man dies slowly. We see some blood coming out from his mouth.
- In one very surreal ending, what appears to be a drawing of two people about to make love explodes in the middle of fireworks. The actual body parts of their corpses are seen flying in the sky.
