Double marital trouble.

Any comedy, feature length or short, where Jack Norton pops in is a good thing, especially to distract from the "Woo hoo'ing" of Hugh Herbert. He's having issues with his temperamental wife (Isabel Withers), and when Norton calls up, contemplating suicide (an odd issue for a classic comedy short) because he thinks his wife (Christine McIntyre) is cheating on him. Of course this creates all sorts of ridiculous situations, a bit muddled but a few very funny. Somehow Herbert ends up in a hotel room with McIntyre who thinks Norton is there, and it's a slow moving case of each of them just missing each other as one goes in a door while the other goes out another. Norton catches the two together, and the farce just begins. It's like an old fashioned stage play, nicely directed, but ultimately predictable.
