. . . first Existential War Against McCarthyism, aka W. A. M. I. Today, as our nation is in the dire throes of W. A. M. II, with this week's McCarthy Proclamation of Automatic Impeachment of any leader who is the Peoples' Choice, getting more votes and enjoying much more popular support than anyone conspiring with the Reprehensible, or "R," Political Party, LOOPY'S HARE-DO reminds us that there's no such thing as a "Good Wolf" or Good R, whether deemed to be a rapacious rodent or reptilian roach. Peacemakers must be used to collect the just bounties on all the R's, so that their ill-gotten Wealth and assets can be confiscated, which will be monetized under the Organized Crime RICO Act to pay off the National Debt incurred from all of their fabricated Oil Wars. This is the only thing that can turn the sneezing green hound of LOOPY'S HARE-DO back to a healthy brown.
