Sad Little Cartoon
A scientist doses three guinea pigs with three different tonics, which cause cartoon drunkenness in the subjects.
There's no sign of Krazy Kat in the cartoon, despite his? her? presence in the lead-in credits. I suspect the presence of the Kat was simply a leader for all of Samba Film's home releases; the design looks similar to those of the Scrappy cartoons, which were originally released by Columbia and later by Samba.
It's an early example of the decrying of animal testing. Too bad it just makes things look silly. Still, what do you expect of a caroon aimed at children?
