- Very strong R due to constant violence, most of which is not even faithful to the original play.

- Guns are frequently used. Infrequent but oftentimes very bloody.
- A man is shot through the door of a closet. When the closet door is opened, we find that the man has had his eyeball blown out, as blood squirts out of his eye socket.
- The end is absurdly bloody and involves poisoned knives and gunfire.
