- There are many ways to die in this game. You can be eaten alive. You can possess then blow up sligs. You can crush, beat to death or blow up sligs, glukkons and sligs, and also mudokons. There are drills you can get torn apart on. A creature called a Fleech uses its tongue to drag you into its mouth. It hits you with its tongue a few times before. A bit of blood is shown in each of these.
