Sex & Nudity

- Throughout the film, Charlize Theron's character gives off a lot of sexual/erotic vibes
- There exists a workprint version that is much more graphic and extended, yet can only be found on the Internet. It starts with Charlize and Ben kissing each other. Ben throws her on the bed, and it cuts to him on top of her completely nude, her bare breasts are visible.
- The sex in the film is far from graphic but compared to most standard action films, the sex scenes bare more similarities with the erotic film genre.
- We see Rudy and Ashley passionately making out and removing some of their clothing while we hear heavy breathing. We then see him on top of her on a table, pulling off her pants (we see her in her underwear). They're then on the motel bed where we briefly see part of his bare butt along with her bare breasts, her pleasured reaction and part of her bare butt. While rolling around on the bed, they manage to roll off the bed, and while we don't see any other sexual activity, we do see them in bed after they've had sex.
- We see Ashley's bare breasts as she removes her bikini top while in a swimming pool.

- There are several shots of bodies in Santa Clause suits. You see bloody gunshot wounds and one body smoking on the hood of a car.
- A man threatens another man by throwing darts at him. At first they hit the wall, but then he throws two into his chest and shoulder. Screaming, no blood.
- A man backs a car into another man. We later see him alive with blood in his mouth.
- A man lights another man on fire, then watches him fall out a window and onto a car.
- A man is stabbed in the gut with a knife. We see blood on his hands and in his mouth.
- Some characters are shot. Blood splatters can be seen on the wall and on the bodies.
- A character drives a car into two men. No blood.
