- A dog has sex with another dog. A man rubs his nipples on several occasions and acts sexual including adding fire into the mix.
- A deleted scene implies that Grandpa Lucifer doesn't use condoms.
- Scenes of Beefy (a dog) in a strip club. Scantily dressed strippers acting seductively. One stripper is topless and covering her nipples with her hands and pressing her breasts together.
- Beefy shoots a harpoon out of his penis at Adrian.
- A peeper is watching a woman undress (showing only her bra). She massages her boobs inside her bra then she removes her skirt briefly showing her panties but her child walks into the room and she quickly puts her skirt back on. The man watching the woman undress calls the house and tells the child to 'leave the room so I can see the rest of mommy'.
- The peeper in hell is condemned to being chased by a 'big, horny bird' for all eternity.
- In Hell, Satan is required at certain times of the day, to shove a pineapple up Hitler's ass.
- Nicky is forced by Adrian, who posesses him, to ask Valerie if he can "wash his winky in her kitchen sinky".
- Cassius posesses Nicky to hit himself in the crotch repeatedly.
- One of Satan's servants (Stanley the Gatekeeper) who upsets him is punished by having breasts grow out of the top of his head (sometimes shown bare or sometimes with booby tassels or bras or lingerie of sorts) and you later see him playing with his breasts.

- Nicky is drowned in a bath tub to try and die and go back to hell.
- Nicky is hit by a truck, and some blood splatters on John and Pete. Comical.
- We see a bunch of evil dwarves attacking and eating a bunch of bunnies.
- Nicky has to be killed multiple times to go back to Hell.
- A demon from Hell bites off a bunny's ear. He then tries to put the ear back on.

- Even though this movie is about hell and Satan and it's a comedy movie, this is not a horror movie.
- The whole movie is about Hell, but it is all done in a comical way.
