- Adventure game set on a spaceship. In the 22nd century, out of fear, the U.N. ban most tech research. Those who oppose form the Alliance and war begins. Whoever gains control of distant alien ruins and time travel tech there, wins.
- By the 22nd century, technology has evolved to great lengths and humans are depended on it more than ever. The plants died out and people now use genetically modified plants for food. The medicine also evolved, but so did new diseases. Space travel has become possible and first colonies are established. However, the first attempts to create artificial intelligence end disastrously and many are killed. Eventually, most people start to believe that further unchecked development of technology will lead to the eradication of the whole human race. The U.N. therefore agree to ban further tech research in many areas. However, some refuse to obey this decision and secede from the U.N. creating the Alliance. These include countries, states as well as space colonies. The U.N., convinced that what they're doing is necessary to save humanity in the long run, attack the Alliance territories. The war is led on Earth and in space. Eventually, the Alliance realizes that their best chance of victory is to gain control of the newly found ancient alien ruins that hold the secret to time travel technology. However, the Alliance starships are ambushed on the way there and only one survivor remains on board one of them. The players take his role and must first repair the main systems on the ship, before deciding whether to try to complete the mission against all odds or return to the Alliance base and end the game prematurely. Once the player arrives at the alien site and uses the alien tech, he is transported into the future and witness what the victory of the U.N. has brought to humanity. At this point, he must make the fateful decision - whether to go along with it or whether to try to change it and bring victory to the Alliance. The game had a sequel in book form.
