Having caught this at a Spike & Mike's Sick and Twisted, this bizarre parody of Speed Racer is an American animated short in the style of Japanese animation -- complete with really bad dubbing. When they say lines like "I will win...and you will lose...because I am faster and you are slower", you kinda get the idea.
While the animation looks nice, the plot is really convuluted, which was likely the creator's intention. Watch very carefully during the ending credits...some of the fake names in the crew are hilarious.
