Screen Actors Guild 2010 Life Achievement Award recipient Ernest Borgnine has joined a list of distinguished celebrities who have volunteered to read on camera for Storyline Online, part of the Screen Actor’s Guild Foundation’s internationally-recognized Children’s Literacy Initiative.
Storyline Online’s latest project-as read by Borgnine-is Marcus Pfister’s classic children’s book The Rainbow Fish, which tells the story of a greedy fish who learns to share with the help of a wise octopus.
Borgnine is no stranger to the undersea, as he is the voice of aquatic superhero Mermaid Man in the Nickelodeon smash-hit “SpongeBob SquarePants.”
