Final Fantasy Adventure is actually the first Mana game also known as Seiken Densetsu for Gameboy followed by Secret of Mana for SNES.
Final Fantasy Adventure is included in the Seiken Densetsu Collection on Nintendo Switch. However, the player will have to learn how to read Japanese text in order to understand the game.
Final Fantasy Adventure for Gameboy has been remade as Sword of Mana for Gameboy Advance with some changes made to the story for example Willy survived the gladiator arena where as in the original he died. The menu system, weapons, armor, magic has been updated for Sword of Mana as used in Legend of Mana. The graphics has been updated with enhanced Gameboy Advance graphics. The music now has a music score soundtrack instead of of simple video game synthesizer soundtrack. There are now two paths for the boy and girl character. The story has been expanded. The Chocobo is no longer used for transport as in the original being replaced by cannon travel.
