Shah Rukh Khan – Kajol Box Office Battle With Ajay Devgn & Kajol’s Box Office Has Surprising Result! ( Photo Credit – IMDb )
Bollywood fans and their affection towards certain on-screen pairs has been phenomenal. Be it the greatest pair of all time – Raj Kapoor & Nargis or Dilip Kumar and Madhubala. Or be it the greatest pair of the 90s, Shah Rukh Khan & Kajol, or the one film wonder – Salman Khan & Aishwarya Rai. Be it today’s best, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, or Varun Dhawan & Alia Bhatt. Be it the unconventional pair of Ajay Devgn & Tabu or the short-lived pair of Hrithik Roshan & Kareena Kapoor Khan. All of them are usually compared with their real-life couples, and the ones who have borne the brunt of this unfair comparison throughout their careers have been Ajay Devgn & Kajol.
The on-screen turned off-screen couple and their chemistry have always been pitted against Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol.

Neelu Kohli is all set for her next venture and she will be seen next in Diljit Dosanjh-starrer ‘Jogi’, based on the anti-Sikh riots. She recalls several painful memories associated with the riots and how her family got affected.
Going down the memory lane, she shares: “I have very vivid memories about 1984 because my family was really affected.”
“I was in Chandigarh at that time but my parents in Ranchi were riot victims and my dad lost everything in the riots. After his retirement, he had some money with which he started a construction business with his brother and he lost everything. He never recovered after that and subsequently passed away. I felt after the riot, he was sad and had taken a lot on his heart.”
Neelu also shares a scene in the film which has certain similarities with her real life.

As we all know, music is a very big part of Hindi film and the makers of the film Kaabil certainly made sure that the songs of the Hrithik Roshan-Yami Gautam film are pitch perfect. This time, team Kaabil has revisited the golden song from the 1975 film Julie, Dil Kya Kare.
Speaking on the wonderful rendition Kisi Se Pyar Ho Jaye, the film’s music composer Rajesh Roshan said, “After Saara Zaamana, we all thought it be a great idea to add another twist to the Kaabil album and the unanimous choice was my all time favorite song, Dil Kya Kare. This song is very close to my heart and I was curious to see how Hrithik will look in this version. The soul of the song is maintained and that has to be credited to Jubin’s moving vocals, he understands my music language very well and...

Ajay Devgn, who has been a part of Indian film industry for over two decades, was felicitated on October 19 for his valuable contribution to Indian cinema at the opening day of Confederation of Indian Industry (Cii)’s Big Picture Summit.
The two-time National Award-winning film actor is today among Bollywood’s most bankable box office stars. It isn’t his crowd-pulling prowess alone that defines him. His approach to his star status sets him apart from the crowd.
Primarily, his fans get to see Devgn only on the big screen. As his public appearances are rare, the seasoned actor lets his films do the talking for him. Like a true-blue professional, he has steadily evolved with age even if it might be fair to say that not every huge box-office grosser that he spearheads today does justice to the actor in him.

Prakash Jha is appalled by reports that his film Satsang would be an expose on godmen with special focus on Asaram Bapu. Says Prakash, "I am not making any film on Asaram Bapu. I don't know why this whole thing started, and who started it. I think it's in very bad taste to launch a film just because there's a juicy controversy around. And Satsang is not about self-styled holy-men." While Prakash chooses to go mum after this outburst, a source close to him reveals that Prakash Jha is not making Satsang next. Says the source, "Prakash wants to move away from his trademark topical cinema and do a film that would be completely unexpected. In fact Prakash is planning to do an intense love story next." The director had directed a love story Dil Kya Kare with Ajay Devgn and Kajol. But the film bombed. Prakash it seems wants...

New Delhi, Aug 28: Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn Wednesday denied that his character in the socio-political thriller "Satyagraha" was similar to that of Indian politician and social activist Arvind Kejriwal.
"It's a fictitious story where the content is somewhere relevant to what is happening in the society today. There is no similarity between my character and that of Arvind Kejriwal. The film is not about one particular person or character," Ajay, here to promote the film ahead of its release Friday, told reporters.
After working together in films like "Dil Kya Kare", "Apaharan", "GangaaJal" and "Raajneeti", the 44-year-old.

There is a long queue of filmmakers waiting to start their films with Ajay Devgn. These include his long-term friend and collaborator Kumar Mangat. Mangat has partnered and managed Devgn's career since the actor started acting. Mangat turned producer with Prakash Jha's Ajay Devgn-Kajol starrer 1999 starrer Dil Kya Kare and has since then produced a number of films featuring Devgn. With Devgn's fortunes skyrocketing in recent times, Kumar Mangat has no choice but to look at new talent. Last year he produced the sleeper hit Pyaar Ka Punchnama featuring six newcomers. One of the debutant actors Divyendu Sharma is now playing one of the leads in David Dhawan's remake of Chashme Buddoor. Kumar Mangat has instead assigned Luv Ranjan to write and direct a film with one of the three leads pairs of Pyaar Ka Punchnama. The film entitled Akash Vani is currently being secretly shot in Delhi by Luv Ranjan.

Ajay Devgn has much reason to smile. Not only has his latest film opened to packed houses, an old friend turned... well, not quite foe... but close enough, went out of his way to give Devgn a reason to believe he is special. We're talking about Prakash Jha who opened the doors of his newly-constructed Cineplex in Patna three weeks in advance to accommodate Singham. Flashback....they were the best friends. Now they are not quite enemies. But serious differences did crop up between Ajay and Prakash when his new coterie of colleagues and directors informed Devgn that Prakash was taking advantage of his friendship with the star. The provocation? The role in Raajneeti which Devgn apparently felt did scant justice to his presence. Jha thought otherwise. He felt Devgn was as central to Raajneeti as Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Rampal or Manoj Bajpayee. Things soured between Jha and Devgn who...

Ajay Devgn would be doing a romantic comedy next with director Vishal Bhardwaj and producer Kumar Mangat. While it's the Omkara connection between the trio which is making this film extra special, what is also remarkable is the fact that this would be an out and out romantic comedy, a genre that Ajay rarely explores. "Ajay's last out and out solo romcom was Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha (1998) which was also special since it saw him serenade his then-girlfriend Kajol in a romantic outing. Now this new film with Ajay will release in 2012 which is also akin to life coming back full circle for him. Though it is yet not known whether Kajol would feature in the film, one looks forward to what Ajay has to do in this film", informs a close associate of Ajay. He is pretty much bang on target here though. In the time period gone by,...
