- There is also a strong sexual element to the scene in which a woman kills a teenage boy after having just had sex with him. His corpse is seen smiling.
Violence & Gore
- A woman shoves objects into her arm. The rest of her body has been visibly mutilated as well. She is later seen dead.
- A woman cuts off her vulva and eats it. She does the same thing to one of her nipples and one of her eyeballs. She is later seen dead.
- A woman is seen lying on a hospital bed and cut open, with her insides seen in close up. She is still alive. She later has a vision where her dead husband appears, strips naked, crawls into her open wound, and closes it. She then disappears.
- Flashbacks are seen to a woman stabbing another woman in the head with a screwdriver, stabbing a nude woman with a knife causing copious blood spray, and cutting open a woman, then tearing her open with her bare hands.
- A woman slices a teenage boy's throat with a box cutter, then slices at his torso, causing copious blood spray. He is later seen dead.
