  • you can punch kick and shoot various animals with your fruit weapons
  • The Frantic Factory's Production floor is the most dangerous area in the level where things are moving including moving boxes and crushers that serve as hazards.
  • Oranges are explosive projectiles that while intended to be used against enemies, they can backfire and injure the Kongs if they bounce back at them.

  • Despite this games kid friendly nature and tone, there are some scary and unsettling moments.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The "Get out" sequences can be quite intense due to the time limit and crosshair hovering over you.
  • On the Game Over screen that occurs when the player quits the game or fails to beat the clock to shut down King K. Rool's Blast-O-Matic, DK Isles is presumably destroyed; but the screen fades through black and back to the game's boot-up opening sequence before this tragedy ever occurs.
