Stage struck Colleen Moore - in an early role without her famous bob, but looking adorable nonetheless -- insists that she won't marry Earle Rodney because she is going to devote her life to the stage -- and the small-town stage at that, where the leading man shares his dressing room with a cow. This comedy is not short on laughs, but excels by virtue of Miss Moore's charming enthusiasm. The 'Roman spectacle' that they watch is excruciatingly funny in its cheapness.
