- You have to kill enemies to progress through the game. Blood and gore are shown throughout the game. The first scene in the Akropolis tower involves stumbling upon bloodied bodies strewn across the room. In a later portion of the game, a woman can be heard screaming in pain and dies in front of the main character.

- Although there are no references to alcohol or smoking, some parents may dislike the fact that pain relievers are used as healing items. But it is an adut game and isn't meant for children.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Most of the game is tense/frightening. Although there is usually warning by checking the map for "hot zones" (indicated in red), as well as the inversion of colours before a fight, it may still be surprising especially since some controllers will vibrate [this feature can be turned off].
