Great Stuff!

I managed to catch this short unexpectedly on Showcase. This was a powerful piece of work. A good view into the logic of a young person's behaviour when forced to face difficult choices - abiding by a father's impossible rules by committing a criminal act, or facing a father's wrath.

Seriously underrated on IMDb

This is not a bad short. While I only give it a 6, It doesn't deserve its current rating of less than 2, which seems to have been achieved by a group of people all voting 1. If this is the worst short you have ever seen, then you have led a charmed life. I hadn't planned to watch this short, which was tacked on to the end of something else I was watching. But I found it to be entertaining, somewhat inventive and stylish, and interesting. I didn't like that it seemed to be too simple an ending. I wasn't planning to write a review, but I felt more needed to be said, given the ridiculously low score it is getting here. For that reason alone, I encourage the reader to watch this short, make up your own mind, and vote accordingly.
