While promoting the show and Troma at Cannes, Tiffany Shepis was wearing a skimpy outfit with a thong as she walked up and down the street with other Troma characters. A teen boy suddenly grabbed her breasts and his two friends grabbed her butt. They started to run away, but she grabbed the first boy by the back of the head and smacked his face.
The Tromaville Café was a television program broadcast by the BBC in the United Kingdom from 1997 to 2000 that ran Troma films. The show featured Lloyd Kaufman as himself, different actors portraying Toxie, Paul Kyrmse as Sgt. Kabukiman N.Y.P.D., Stephen Blackehart as Felix the French Trickster and scantily clad Tromettes (Debbie Rochon, Stephanie Stokes, Tiffany Shepis, etc.) playing waitress/action news reporters. Another regular on the show was Joe Fleishaker, who portrayed Troma VP and co-founder Michael Herz.
Episodes of the show have appeared on numerous DVD releases from Troma and is one of the most sought out television shows in their library. The episodes were known for their cheap quality and off-colour humour, which was and still is today rare for a television sitcom.
