- There is one map with a mural showing an angel with her breasts showing. Not explicit though. Also, if a female character happens to explode, you can see a bloody breast, along with other body parts.

- MPPA: Rated R for non-stop action including graphic brutal violence.
- Although the graphics are not great the violence is extremely brutal and graphic. Blood spurts out when people are shot and it is possible to dismember and "explode" opponents using guns. Under game preferences, 'Gore Level' can be set to 'Normal', 'Reduced' or 'Ultra-low'.

- AI can yell strong profanity, although it is usually comic. Under audio preferences, there is a check box for 'No mature taunts'.
