Continuity: In the Season 5 episode where president Logan intends to send his wife to a mental hospital, he decides the last moment to change his mind and pick up his wife who already sits somewhat paralyzed in the car, while assistants and agents pack her bags etc.. We then see the split-screens of the actual occurring events, in especially President Logan standing in his office/retreat pacing and thinking, therefore clearly inside the house. But when the scene cuts complete to Martha Logan in the car, suddenly the President turns up at the car and gets his wife out of it, to tell her he is not going to send her to the hospital. This appears only seconds of real-time later, after we saw President Logan still being inside the house. To the reach the car in this short period of time was not possible for him.
