Something to delight/offend everyone
kittywampus14 December 2002
Seen it 3 times & laughed til I cried. The premise is a pageant for Ms. Howard Stern 1994. You can imagine the contestants he attracts. Babes, some "freaks" & of course-lesbians. The talent competition is unlike any other. The panel of celebrity judges is a who's who of "has-beens" & pathetic specimens of humankind. One is John Wayne Bobbit. Throughout the show a pledge drive is underway to help with his medical expenses. Interject numerous skits (a re-enactment of Bobbit's decapitation, Howard as an out of control Michael Jackson, you get the idea. Sherman Hensley as Whoopi with Howard as Ted Danson is choice!) Howard is the M.C. & displays singing, writing & acting talents that can't come across on his radio show or the televised version. If you love Howard or sick, demented humor-WATCH THIS. Not commercially put out on VHS, but check Ebay or your local Howard fan club.

Funniest Thing I can ever remember seeing
brianpex13 April 2007
I saw this at a buddies house by accident. We all had plans to go out that night but ended up watching this and were in tears!! This has to be the funniest, sick, and just plain insanely HUMOROUS thing ever recorded! I can't believe how funny this was. the Bobbit skit, the Meter for the telethon and just pure insanity.. If you can see this, WATCH IT! You will laugh your a** OFF! I must say that if you are a prude that must have everything be politically correct, stay away. But for those of us who admire true humor, this is it. RAW and just funny. Howard was always cool but after this I became a hard core listener and still am to this day, on Sirius Sat Radio where more of this brand of uncensored humor continues.. BaBa BOOEY!

Well Done
dhunsber30 August 2007
First, I am a Howard Stern listener since 1988. I am proud to say that his show makes me laugh out loud a couple times a day, minimum.

Not only was this a perfect parody of a pageant from the 80's and early 90's, it is packed with laughs. The opening Michael Jackson skit is VERY VERY funny. Many of the skits were more timely, like the Ted Danson/Whoopi Goldberg bit. Does anyone even remember that he showed up to the Friars in black face?

My favorite was the Sienfeld song, "At Seventeen". Again, would people even remember that he dated a girl who was still in high school at that time?

For as "free form" and loose as Howard can be, this is a tight show. It moves quickly and is loaded with laughs. If you are not a Howard fan, you are either not smart enough to bother with him, or you are missing the greatest show/performer in the history of entertainment.

roadrunnerstony7 February 2022
It's 2022 n joe rogan just got cancelled for his comments that were 12 years old. If Rogan gets cancelled, why not Stern? Blackface, really?! Just calling a spade a spade. Oy vey.

There are two versions
willjanet-15 August 2006
The version aired as the pay per view has segments that were not included in the version that was sold by Howard, and vice versa. For example, Robin's skating routine was aired on the special, but is not on the video. Likewise, the sold version has the after party on it, but that was not shown on pay per view. Unless you have seen both versions you missed something! Basically the only remaining personality to come from the pageant is Nichole Bass, who still comes on the show on Sirius. I sure would like an update on the other contestants, but I imagine most of them are long in the tooth and past their prime. I got to dig out my recorded copy of the actual pay per view now!
