Neelagiri Express is a Crime Investigation Story, with Good Plot. The main positive of the story is Cho Ramaswamy. Cho Ramaswamy's Comedy was awesome and more over he was carrying the show along with Jai Shankar. As the story deals with Crime, the Investigation part was not up to the level. This cannot be mentioned as Negative, but could have been done better.
