Polizzi currently shares three children with her husband Jionni Lavalle. Throughout her first pregnancy, the reality TV star kept a detailed journal about her experiences. This was used for material for her book Baby Bumps. In the book, Polizzi confided how she felt about having children, and that she didn’t think she was ready to get pregnant when she did.
“I wrote the book because when I was pregnant I kept a journal…I wasn’t ready to be pregnant, I always wanted kids, but I just wasn’t ready at 24, I wanted it at 26,” she once told E News.

Actor and comedian Ken Jeong, who is currently a judge on Fox’s “The Masked Singer,” is developing a talk show with an eye toward a 2024 launch, according to media reports on Friday.
He taped a test show in New York on Friday, Deadline reported. That’s not a SAG strike violation as talk show hosts are under a different contract and no longer a WGA red flag — as it was for Drew Barrymore and Bill Maher — as writers have gone back to work after successfully negotiating a new contract with the AMPTP.
Jim Biederman of “The Kids in the Hall” will serve as showrunner, writer and director. He’ll also executive produce alongside Jeong for Debmar-Mercury, the company behind “The Wendy Williams Show” and “The Nick Cannon Show.”
Prior to joining “The Masked Singer,” Jeong starred in the ABC sitcom “Dr. Ken.” He also played Ben Chang on NBC...

You know who is going to have a really, really good day today? Nick Cannon, who will be celebrating his 30th birthday. The actor, rapper, television mogul and husband to Mariah Carey has crammed in an awful lot of bullet points on his resumé in his first three decades on the planet, and you never hear anybody saying anything bad about the guy — a rare combination for a young, rich media mogul.
Cannon got his first big break way back in 1998 when he became a featured player on the hit Nickelodeon show "All That" (he was discovered doing stand-up comedy, which he began doing in his early teens). His success on "All That" lead to a string of future television opportunities, including his own Nickelodeon vehicle ("The Nick Cannon Show") and a series of hits on MTV (including "Nick Cannon Presents: Wild 'N Out," the extremely entertaining improv comedy competition...

Nickelodeon has picked up two comedy pilots: the single-camera "Supah Ninja" and multicamera "Everyday Kid."
"Ninja," which revolves around ninja kids in high school, hails from producer Brian Robbins and his Varsity Pictures. It was written by Eric Garcia and Leo Chu, with contributions from Andy Bobrow ("Samantha Who?").
Robbins has longtime ties to Nick going back to his partnership with Michael Tollin in Tollin/Robbins, which was behind network hits "The Amanda Show" and "The Nick Cannon Show."
"Everyday," from "The Simpsons" writer-producer Steve Tompkins, centers on a boy who awakes each morning with a different superpower.
The orders follow Nick's November pickup of another comedy pilot, "Summer Camp," which is in contention for a series order.

Although he has well over a dozen film credits to his name, Nick Cannon has been behind-the-scenes for years, writing episodes of "All That" at only 17 and producing his own "The Nick Cannon Show" for Nickelodeon and later "Wild 'N Out" for MTV. He's also Chairman of Teen Nick and he gave himself the duty of writing and directing his first music-filled feature for the network, "School Gyrls," a high-school set comedy featuring a girl group he has signed to his own NCredible Entertainment label.
"I had been a part of a bunch of different talent searches for young people in the past and I'd seen thousands of really talented kids," Cannon said. "So I was like 'Maybe if I grabbed three of those girls that I had auditioned for other projects and put them together and create this group, it could be something really special. We haven't seen something...

Goodbye, The N, and hello, TeenNick -- and Nick Cannon. The actor/comedian/TV host was announced Tuesday as the chairman for Nickelodeon's soon-to-be re-branded channel for teens -- formerly The N, and now TeenNick -- and celebrities like Taylor Swift, Ellen DeGeneres, Sharon Osbourne and, yes, Mariah Carey, all appear in a new promo to congratulate him on his new gig. "I started my career here at Nickelodeon and am so excited to be back, serving as an integral part of TeenNick as the in-house voice and representative for teens everywhere," Cannon says in a statement. "TeenNick is their network and I am here to make sure this is an ultimate destination for and about them." The N officially becomes TeenNick on Sept. 28. Spike TV is heading to the college gridiron, greenlighting a football-themed comedy pilot from Brian Robbins.
"Blue Mountain State," from Lionsgate and Robbins' Varsity Pictures, is a half-hour scripted comedy in the vein of "Animal House." The project, written by Chris Romano and Eric Falconer ("The Sarah Silverman Program"), follows three incoming freshmen attending Midwestern college football powerhouse Blue Mountain State who must quickly adapt to college life and juggle football, girls, classes and nonstop hazing.
Robbins ("Smallville") is executive producing and will direct the pilot, which goes into production in February. Robbins' producing partner Sharla Sumpter Bridgett along with Romano and Falconer will serve as co-exec producers.
Former NFL running back-turned-actor Ed Marinaro ("Sisters," "Hill Street Blues") stars as the team's coach. Darin Brooks ("Days of Our Lives") plays Alex, a talented quarterback content to ride the bench while partying with his best friend, Sammy (Romano), who aspires to be the school's mascot.

After four years in the Warner Bros. fold, Tollin/Robbins Prods. has struck a rich multiyear television production pact with the Walt Disney Co.'s Touchstone Television. The seven-figure deal has an initial two-year term but has options built in that could extend the deal to 2007. Tollin/Robbins, headed by Mike Tollin and Brian Robbins, had been set up as its own production fiefdom under the previous Warner Bros. pact, but the new arrangement at Touchstone is a more traditional overall deal falling under the oversight of Touchstone TV president Stephen McPherson. "I've really admired the way they've run that business and built that company," McPherson said. "When the opportunity came up to have them set their shingle up over here, we jumped at it." Tollin/Robbins established itself during the past decade with a string of hip live-action Nickelodeon series, including All That, Kenan and Kel and Nick Cannon, as well as the long-running HBO comedy Arli$$. During the past four years at Warner Bros., Tollin/Robbins delivered the WB Network's smash hit Smallville plus this season's freshman comedy What I Like About You and the midseason drama Black Sash among others.
