Sex & Nudity

- There are strip clubs and you characters get private dances and also have sex with prostitutes.
- After beating the game if you look around in Tommy's mansion and there is a poster of a sex scene a naked boy with completely detailed penis is having sex with a girl and you can see all their private parts in detail.
- One sex scene on a porn set. The woman moans throughout the scene we only see her head and upper shoulder as she rocks back and forth.
- Throughout the game you can see some female pedestrians in bikinis.
- In one cutscene a man is shown in female underwear (crossdresser).
- One mission has you drive to a porn studio, but nothing is ever shown as the screen cuts to black and you hear moaning.
- Gta vice city is so mild compared to todays standards, but thats not to say that it is mild. Girls walk around in bikinis and sexual references are heard. one mission involves a porn studio although no nudity is shown.
- Man refers to his genitals size as 12 inches.
- It is strongly implied that a few characters are bisexuals.
- Prostitutes roam the streets, but they cant have sex with you. Only sexual dialogue from the girl is heard.
- this is not meant to be bad this game is mild with sexual stuff and can't really do anything involving it just some references and things around
Violence & Gore

- At one room, there's a bathroom with a chainsaw and a lot of blood. This is a reference to the movie "Scarface" (1983).
- A man has his arm blown off by dynamite in one mission. Quite a lot of blood is shown as well as his bloody bone stump.
- You can kill inoccent people and cops also other criminals blood splatters.
- When people are shot with anything of the caliber of an assault rifle, their heads explode and blood shoots out.
- Really violent for a game from 2002, even if the violence does appear cartoon-like.
- Players have the ability to kill any pedestrian. They will receive a wanted level after doing so. Blood spurts out violently.
- You can run over and kill many people at once with a vehicle.
- With larger guns and grenades you can shoot pedestrians' heads off with lots of blood, this also occurs when you use a katana.
- When you kill someone with chainsaw screen gets red bubbles (blood).
- You can burn people with a flamethrower or molotovs. They'll scream frantically and their charred corpse will be seen after.
- If you cause too much crime, the police will violently chase you with cars.
Profanity

- One F-word in the song "Never Say Never" by Romeo Void on Wave 103. One more if you go all the way into a pretty hidden junkyard, into an RV in the junkyard, the bedroom of the RV, there is one poster on the wall with an F-word.
- Shit, crap and prick are said dozen times. There are also bastard, asshole, few goddamn and christ sake. Whore and slut are used at least once. Pussy and poontang are said only once, both sexually.
- Compared to later games in the series, the language is pretty tame.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- A man is shown smoking in two cutscenes.
- A man's business is making "boomshine". The player comes under the influence of it by just inhaling it in one mission and the screen becomes distorted and the vehicle is difficult to control while driving.
- There is refrence to cocaine, heroin, downers, acid, marijuana and ecstasy.
- References to drugs. No smoking. Some people may drink. You cannot
- The main plot of the game revolves around a large quantity of cocaine that was lost during a deal.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- If this were a movie, it would've been rated R for strong violence and disturbing images throughout, some sexual content, and brief strong language and drug material - some involving racism.
- Rated R for Bloody Violence, Sexuality, Language and Some Drug Content.
- Intense missions that involve shootout, especially at the end.
