Financial matters have taken center stage in the nasty divorce between former pro football player Kroy Biermann and reality TV star Kim Zolciak.
Biermann, 38, recently filed a financial report with the court, with a spreadsheet attached that detailed Zolciak’s alleged extravagant spending while they were married. The report claims that Zolciak, 45, spent over $600,000 at luxury stores such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Ave, Chanel, Versace and Agent Provocateur between 2016 and 2023.
Additionally, Biermann’s filing states that Zolciak made substantial investments in Bitcoin and the lottery, with expenses that totaled $161,912.87 in 2021 and an additional $65,966.95 in 2022. These financial revelations come as a response to Zolciak’s request for privacy and a motion to compel Biermann to provide financial documents. Biermann challenged her privacy demands and noted her public updates on social media, which range from cosmetic procedures to Botox injections. He also alleged that Zolciak has cash stashed away in a separate bank account.

Kim Zolciak Makes Huge Move With Kids Minus Kroy
Before Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann even filed for divorce, they were struggling financially. The two owed over one million dollars to the IRS. Their home was on the verge of being repossessed and then put up on the auction block. It was saved twice and then they filed for divorce, threw jabs, and then they reconciled only to file again. Along with that, their money troubles mounted, and lawsuits constantly came their way. Kim was selling items from their closet to make money and recently, her daughter, Brielle Biermann...

Exclusive: Cris Abrego, the longtime Banijay U.S. chief who recently set up his own production group with Eva Longoria, is expected to become the new boss of the TV Academy.
Deadline understands Abrego is the frontrunner for the position. The election to name the next boss is set to be held next week but sources have told Deadline that Abrego is already being talked about by some as the next Chairman and CEO of the Primetime Emmys operator.
He is expected to replace Frank Scherma, the co-founder of RadicalMedia, who was “termed out” after running the TV Academy for the past four years.
Abrego’s appointment would further raise the profile on unscripted television at the Emmys as he is the first Television Academy chair to come from the reality TV world.
His appointment is not a major surprise as Abrego has been involved with the Television Academy for a number of years.

Cris Abrego, quite fittingly, has had one of the more surreal career trajectories in entertainment. A reality producer who got his start logging tapes for Road Rules before going on to create aughts hits such as Flavor of Love, Celebrity Paranormal Project and The Surreal Life, he segued to the C-suite after the 2008 acquisition of his 51 Minds Entertainment shingle by Dutch-based multiplatform media company Endemol. “I certainly felt something shift when I sold my first business,” says Abrego, who was 36 at the time. “To have that kind of windfall at that age was life-changing.”
Rather than rest on those early laurels, the East Los Angeles native was “hungry to do it all again,” and he not only survived subsequent corporate mergers and acquisitions but steadily rose through the ranks, becoming CEO of Endemol Shine North America and now chairman of French media behemoth Banijay’s North American operations, where he...

Eva Longoria and Cris Abrego have known each other for 20 years. As two of entertainment’s most prominent Latino figures, they have developed a strong friendship around shared experiences and a similar passion for nurturing creative talent.
At long last, actor-director-producer Longoria and Abrego, the veteran unscripted producer and executive, have joined forces to launch Hyphenate Media Group, a company that will be part production company, part talent scouting agency and part business incubator. Banijay, where Abrego serves as chairman of the Americas, has made a strategic investment in the company. Abrego will remain in his executive role with the French production giant even as he devotes his time to building Hyphenate.
“With Hyphenate Media Group, Eva and I are building an engine for culture-defining content by investing in visionary multi-hyphenate artists and providing these extraordinary creative leaders with the resources and infrastructure they need to scale their businesses,” Abrego said.

There’s change on the high seas of Banijay.
Christian Sarabia, President of 51 Minds Entertainment, the production company behind Bravo hit Below Deck, is stepping down from the Banijay Americas-owned business.
Julie Pizzi, President of fellow Banijay-backed firm Bunim/Murray, will add overseeing 51 Minds to her responsibilities running the Real World producer.
It is the latest change for the group; earlier this year, Cris Abrego, who founded 51 Minds, stepped down as CEO of Banijay Americas with Ben Samek taking over that role and Abrego remaining as Chairman. There’s been much speculation about Abrego’s own role in recent months.
Sarabia has been with 51 Minds for many years, having produced series such as The Surreal Life and Flavor of Love. He took the reins at the company in 2014 after Abrego became one of the top execs at the-then titled Endemol North America and the departure of co-founder Mark Cronin.

What’s one more tattoo for Dennis Rodman? Well, this latest one is on his face!
The NBA great took to Instagram on Friday to share that he got the face of his girlfriend, Yella Yella, tattooed on his right cheek. It’s prime real estate on his face, for sure. But the gesture was no big deal for the five-time NBA champion. In fact, when he took to Instagram to post a snippet of the tat sesh, Rodman’s caption read, “Why Not .”
In the video you can see Rodman and the tattoo artist getting ready to lay down the ink. The end result? A spitting image of his girlfriend on his face. Yella Yella, who is an aspiring artist, actually wasn’t down with the tat at all. At least not at first.

August Alsina — the singer and reality TV star who famously had an “entanglement” with Jada Pinkett Smith — has not watched Chris Rock’s recent live Netflix comedy special, despite a report to the contrary.
In response to a report by Page Six, which cites a source who claims Alsina found Rock’s stand-up special “funny,” a rep for Alsina tells Et, “This is a lie.”
“Mr. Alsina has not seen Chris Rock’s special at all, as he’s been busy on tour,” the rep continued.

We somehow slept on this incredible news when the show was announced two weeks ago, but with the series premiere coming Tuesday, we figured it’s the perfect time to let you know: Former porn star Stormy Daniels is the host of a new gay reality dating show with the most magical title possible — “For the Love of DILFs.” And you can watch the trailer at the top of the page right now.
The show premieres Jan. 31 in the United States on OUTtv.com, the OUTtv Apple TV Channel and OUTtv on The Roku Channel.
And yes people, “Dilf” is an acronym that means exactly what you think it does — “Daddies I’d like to F—.” Of course in this case, unlike the term Milf, from which Dilf is derived, they don’t mean literal fathers. They mean “Daddies,” as in an older (even middle aged) gay man in a relationship with a younger man.

BET president and CEO Scott Mills is adding to his portfolio at Paramount Global.
In the latest piece of reorganization at the conglomerate, VH1 will move under Mills’ BET Media Group. The cable outlet was previously part of the Chris McCarthy-led Paramount Media Networks, along with Paramount Network, MTV, Comedy Central, CMT and others.
Paramount CEO Bob Bakish wrote in a memo to staff Wednesday (see it in full below) that the move will allow for better alignment of priorities and make VH1 “best positioned for future success as a key part of the powerful BET ecosystem.” VH1 is the second most popular entertainment cable outlet among Black viewers, behind only BET.
It also lightens the load for McCarthy, a Bakish favorite who will add premium cabler Showtime to his purview following David Nevins’ departure at the end of the year. MTV Entertainment Studios,...

Surprising almost no one except perhaps Kyrie Irving’s crisis PR team, Saturday Night Live voted tonight for the midterm election in its last cold open before Tuesday’s balloting.
“My fellow Americans, this Tuesday, our midterm election will determine the fate of our democracy and let’s just say Big Yikes!” proclaimed James Austin Johnson as President Joe Biden. “I guess the Democrats’ message just isn’t getting through,” the SNL cast featured player added in a mocking replication of Potus’ big Union Station speech of earlier this week as polls show the Big Lie-dominated GOP looking to take back the House and maybe even the Senate.
“Folks, I’m trying like Hell, I promise,” the comedian went on to says as the sometimes disoriented 79-year-old Biden. “I’m on the Peloton every morning tempting fate.”

It's odd to think that there's a whole generation of people who only know Bryan Cranston as Walter White on "Breaking Bad," and not as the lovable sitcom dad from "Malcolm in the Middle." It was his role as the kind-hearted albeit often inept Hal Wilkerson on the show that had many scratching their heads when he was announced to lead "Breaking Bad," with the juxtaposition between the two roles often brought up in early reviews of the groundbreaking AMC series.
"Malcolm in the Middle" was a mainstay in the early '00s, nabbing a Peabody Award, seven Emmy Awards, a Grammy Award, and seven Golden Globe nominations throughout its run. The show was mainly focused on the titular middle child named Malcolm, played to perfection by Frankie Muniz.

Frankie Muniz dropped a bomb on fans of his best-known role as the genius-iq Malcolm in a dysfunctional family that also included Bryan Cranston as his father Hal.
Well, according to Muniz, Hal might be getting the whole band back together as Cranston is apparently writing a revival of the series Malcolm in the Middle.
While promoting his appearance on the new season of The Surreal Life, another early-aughts show being brought back, Muniz told Fox News Digital that he would “love” being part of the reboot.
“I know Bryan Cranston is really into the idea and he’s kind of heading writing the script and getting everything rolling,” Muniz explained, though it sounds like this revival has yet to be officially approved.
It first aired on Fox, but you never know what deal will be worked out for it, if at all.

The new Disney+ series from Marvel Studios, She-Hulk, is in full swing. The show is based on the character created by Stan Lee and John Buscema and made her first appearance in 1980. But this is not the first time they tried to get a live-action version off the ground. Best Movies Never Made, the official Twitter handle for the podcast of the same name, recently posted pics about an unproduced She-Hulk movie from 1991.

Jessica Chastain has built a résumé of portraying strong-willed women, but playing Tammy Faye Bakker was the first time she felt “exposed.” Believe it or not, she’s been working on bringing The Eyes of Tammy Faye to life since her most recent Best Actress nomination in 2012’s Zero Dark Thirty.
“It’s been 10 years since I haven’t acknowledged, and it was around that time I got the rights to Tammy Faye’s story, so it really feels like full circle,” she said after her Oscar nomination this morning.
Chastain told me that when she found out she was nominated, she had a bit of a celebration with the other Best Actress nominees. From the sounds of it on our call, she seemed genuinely in shock.
“I FaceTimed with Penelope Cruz, who I love, and we jumped up and down together,” Chastain said. “Then I called Olivia Colman and celebrated with her.

CBS is sending celebrities into the wild. As first reported by TMZ, the Eye network is believed to be working on a new reality series to air this spring, which Variety has learned will be titled “Beyond the Edge.” The show would pit celebs in a “Survivor”-like battle of strategy, wits and muscle.

More than a decade after the collapse of the sprawling empire created by televangelists Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker — due to the decidedly un-Christian demands of greed, sexual impropriety, and real affection for all things gold — Tammy Faye began to reemerge into very public life. The cherry on top of a motley career that saw the former television personality doing everything from appearing on “The Surreal Life” to penning a book about her ordeal was a documentary titled “The Eyes of Tammy Faye,” which sought to unpack the truth about her wild rise to fame. Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato’s doc gave Bakker — an icon for all the wrong reasons — the chance to tell her story, her way, which means with significant embellishment and plenty of heart.
