Meow
By the time this Krazy Kat cartoon was made, George Herriman's surrealistic comic strip -- apparently no one really enjoyed it except William Randolph Hearst, so it ran in all his papers and he insisted on making a cartoon series about it -- had changed utterly. Krazy had started out as a female cat in love with a mouse, living in a strange part of the southwest that was later infested by coyotes and roadrunners. By now, Krazy was a Felix the Cat knockoff who, despite the bow, is a tomcat. He courts a lady cat and his movement is just like Felix -- look at the way he moves when dealing with the skunk.
It's a fairly straightforward piece in which Krazy gets involved with a dance contest, a bear, a skunk and a pawnbroker. Short and not too bad.
