In the office of Pieter Van In, there's a poster of 5punt6 on the wall: the camera crew that worked on the show. They make a movie-spoof poster each year that they send to all their colleagues as a New Year's present.
Three days before the TV premiere of all 10 episodes, they were shown in cinema using digital projection.
Although it is a Flemish series, the second and third seasons were aired in the Netherlands before airing in Flanders.
All episodes of the first season were adaptations of Pieter Aspe's novels. Starting with the second season, the plots are no longer based on his books, and the episodes are also much shorter- 60 minutes instead of 100 (both including commercials).
