Very well done series of Mozart's life.

The Genius of Mozart is very well crafted, though for music fans Charles Hazelwood's presenting mayn't be to people's tastes. Though it is beautifully filmed, and very well acted, with Claire Skinner as Nannerl and Jack Tarlton as Mozart himself. The real star is the fantastic music, from some dramatisations of some of his operas like Marriage of Figaro, and the despair of his Requiem. I do confess, I did shed a tear at the end, it was sad. I love Mozart's music, it is very relaxing, and quite dramatic when it needs to be. The Requiem will always be my favourite. All in all, a very good series, not as good as Beethoven one year after, but nonetheless recommended for those fans of Mozart. 9/10 Bethany Cox
