After the end of season 3, Nickelodeon initially planned a fourth season, continuing Ned's adventures in high school, but the idea was eventually dropped.
Devon Werkheiser, Lindsey Shaw, and Daniel Curtis Lee have stated that they want to revive the show and make it a survival guide for new adults, but Nickelodeon refused to give them access to the brand, so that was shot down and they're unable to make it. Werkheiser continues to fight for the reboot and posts some survival tips on his TikTok account.
The character Cookie was originally named Boogie and was played by Stephen Markarian. The character's name was changed and recast with Daniel Curtis Lee when the pilot was re-shot, and Markarian was recast in the role of Albert Wormenheimer.
Brooke Marie Bridges (Claire Sawyer, Future Lawyer) took law classes after the show ended but decided not to pursue that career path due to the time it would take and the student loans she would pay. She did use those classes she learned to win a case against an employer who didn't pay the wages she was owed.
Actor Rob Pinkston wore a wig when he played Coconut Head during the show. According to him it kept falling off during filming. Rob also has the Coconut Head wig after the show wrapped, as well as a few signs from the show.
