What happens when Christmas toys experience a head on collision at 124 mph? What in the world do you think would happen? They atomize in an instant as you can watch them fold into the barrier in slow motion. One moment you have a fully-functioning toy and the next you have a cloud of dust and shattered parts that used to be something fun to play with. High speeds and toys don’t mix, or rather high speeds and toys, coupled with a solid barrier just waiting for some hapless toy to run into it while going in excess of a

Bad visual effects, lame acting, boring action beats...this is just a fraction of what I have to say about the 2015 version of Fantastic Four. And the trailer was just so cool…so cool! Even though producer Simon Kinberg desperately tried to defend the movie, I can definitely state that he failed to do so. And now they are getting what they deserve!
Screen Junkies just released an Honest Trailer for the brand new Fantastic Four reboot. The only difference between this one and the other two Fantastic Four movies is the multiplied amount of boredom and ridiculousness.
Behold the funny dissection of the movie, which stars “Were you stretching away or were you dragging,” “A Wasted House of Cards Actor,” “A Chocolate Snowman,” “Michael B. Glad You Don’t Have to Do Any More of These,” “Another Wasted House of Cards Actor,” and “Crash Test Doomy.”

Paul Scheer has a lot going on right now. The second episode of The League’s seventh and final season airs tonight. The Real Housewife parody he executive produces, The Hotwives, is in the middle of its second season on Hulu. He has a wildly popular podcast, “How Did This Get Made?” And this summer, he and longtime comedy friend Rob Huebel released Crash Test, a version of their beloved live-comedy show that they filmed on a moving bus and released on Vimeo. It makes sense we’d want someone to interview him. And who better than Broad City’s Abbi Jacobson!? But as is often the case when you get two comedians who know each other together in a room, they went rogue. Instead of an interview, they recorded a parody of two actors planning how they will go out of their way to make the other look good...

Through projects like Burning Love (Yahoo), Hotwives (Hulu), and Beef (iTunes), Paramount Digital has brought quality comedy to multiple online platforms. With its latest project, it is working with yet another distributor: Vimeo. The digital wing of the Hollywood studio will bring a comedy special called Crash Test to the Vimeo On Demand platform.
Crash Test comes from frequent Paramount Digital collaborators Rob Huebel and Paul Scheer, who based the special off their Upright Citizens Brigade show of the same name. As Deadline explains, Crash Test “takes place on a moving bus traveling throughout Los Angeles, with improvised stand-up at stops, a comedic “tour” of celebrity homes, and more.”
As with other Paramount Digital projects, Crash Test will be chock-full of guest stars. Among several other familiar faces, Aziz Ansari, Rob Corddry, and Aubrey Plaza are all slated to appear.
On Vimeo On Demand, Crash Test will an expanding library of comedy offerings.

Channel 4 has announced three new commissions that are set to take a closer look at the nation's health and beauty practices.
Alongside its Henry Holland-fronted The Changing Room, Channel 4's new programmes are set to delve into the nation's preoccupation with our appearances.
Katie Piper will investigate what happens if we refuse to go in for check-ups in three-part series Never Seen a Doctor, Never Seen a Dentist.
Produced by Little Gem, the programme will uncover the damage we can do to our bodies through neglect while helping those who've spent years avoiding the doctor or the dentist undertake dramatic transformations.
Also commissioned by Channel 4 is Crash Test Dieters, a series that follows six dieters as they try out diets on a strict time scale in a bid to slim down fast. Under professional supervision, these dieters will find out which diets work and which cause more problems then they solve.

One game that everyone loves playing is thinking up great/ridiculous band names. It's likely a provable fact that the universe is running out of good band names, which is how we end up with names like Death Cab For Cutie and Broken Social Scene. Oy. Decent bands, but yikes. And don't get me started on metal, my favorite genre -- I'm getting a little tired of bands with names like Immolation, Decrepit Birth and Municipal Waste. Sheesh. My personal favorite death metal band name right now is Job For A Cowboy, because it's so un-death-metally. My second favorite metal band name? Wolves In The Throne Room. Personal current favorite band name, non-metal edition? Either Jackie-o Motherfucker or Split Lip Rayfield.
I digress.
Over the years that I've been writing here, we occasionally get some funny motor scooters in the comment threads, and every now and then someone blurts out...
