Aki and her friends go to watch another hockey game where they see one of their company's players come out in pain on a stretcher. Affected by this Aki does not have the heart to look at Halu when he is doing something potentially dangerous. Halu is however disappointed by this. Chika confronts Tomo about their one-night stand and reveals that she is alright with it. At the same time, Halu is being interviewed and is asked about having a girlfriend, a question that he dreads and avoids. Suddenly he walks over to Aki. He announces that he has someone to introduce to everyone. He introduces her as his "mama." Yuri is continued to be misled, believing that Yamato is rich. When Halu drops off Aki, he gives her the tooth he lost during the game as a talisman. Halu goes to his idol's house to pay his respects and is determined to have his idol's wife forever faithful, even after death. That includes keeping her away from his new coach Hyodo-san. Meanwhile Aki learns about Halu's past from Yamato. Halu goes to a video store with Aki and rents a bunch of movies, all of women waiting for the man they love. Yamato is struggling with his love for Yuri and his knowledge that she probably wouldn't be with him if she knew he wasn't rich. At the bar he confronts Halu and says that love is not a game and they get in a heated argument. They decide to have an arm wrestling match and all ends peacefully. Aki however stays at home and watches the movies. The next day she gains confidence in herself, waiting for her boyfriend and goes to Halu's game late. At first she looks away, but is determined to watch. He suddenly gains a surge of strength with her look and is able to score the winning goal. He looks at her after the shot and she holds out her hand, in which she is holding the talisman, the tooth that he gave her.
