Bille Piper is joining the cast of Penny Dreadful for Showtime. According to Deadline, she'll play an Irish immigrant trying to escape her dark past. The actress had a run on Dr. Who and also starred in Spirit Trap.
Josh Hartnett, Timothy Dalton, Eva Green, Reeve Carney, Rory Kinnear and Harry Treadaway also star in Penny Dreadful, which is Showtime's upcoming horror series.
