- The uncut version of Mezzo Forte contains two very explicit and pornographic sex scenes removed from the edited version.
- The first is a dream sequence involving Mikura having sex with Harada and Kurokawa in acts of oral and intercourse sex in multiple different positions.
- The second is a non-stop rape sequence involving Mikura and two thugs as they perform forced oral, vaginal, double penetration and ejaculation sex acts on her. They brutally rape her for a prolonged extent and in graphic detail.
