- Tak must use the Staff of Dreams to stop himself from suffering a deep sleep.
- One day, Tak of the Pupanunu people has had a deep sleep. During his sleep, he met a Dream Juju who tells him to rescue a Princess by defeating a Dream Guardian. Lok was able to wake Tak up with the scent of his armpits. Jibolba decides to help Tak by transforming into a talking flea. Jibolba came up with the idea that Tak should meet his brother JB at an observatory. Throughout Tak's journey, the many juju were able to help him go to the observatory. The Woodies captured Tak and sent him to their dungeon. Tak was able to defeat all of the Woodies. Tak saw Wally the Party Juju and helped him get his tiki from the Woodies. Wally joined Tak, Lok and Jibolba on their journey to JB's house. At JB's observatory, Tak went to sleep again. Tak saw the Princess and defeated the Dream Guardian. However, the Dream Juju is actually Tlaloc and the Princess is Pins and Needles wearing a disguise. Tak and Pins and Needles were struggling over the Staff of Dreams but was split into two upon Tak waking up from his sleep. The Moon Juju showed up in Tak's dreams to help him pick one of four spirit animals. The Moon Juju almost gave her suggestion but was cut off. After picking his spirit animal, Tak has been chasing Pins and Needles through rifts so he could get the second half of the Staff of Dreams. Flora and Fauna give Tak the ability to transform into animals by totem poles. Lok, Jibolba, Wally the Party Juju and Tlaloc showed up. Tak and Tlaloc transformed into Dream Guardians as part of a duel. Tak fixed the Staff and gave it back to the Dream Guardian. Tak woke up from a deep sleep, implying that the whole story was a dream.
