- In the "Dance Myself to Sleep" celebrity montage, the original TV airing had including celebrities including Harvey Fierstein, Seth Green, Larry King, Phil McGraw, Phil McGraw, Doris Roberts, Lily Tomlin, Norah Jones, Whoopi Goldberg, Stockard Channing, Julianne Moore, Andrea Martin, Natalie Portman, Lily Tomlin, Martina McBride, Joshua Bell, Venus Williams, and Christopher Meloni, while in the home video release, both Goldberg and Studdard are replaced in the montage by Gloria Estefan.
- In the original TV airing, a 35th anniversary timeline sequence showing one clip from the first 35 seasons, followed by moment of silence in memory of Michael Jeter, who played Mister Noodle in the Elmo's World segments, and the song Ma Na Mah Na is played over the credits, Meanwhile in the home video release, the 35th anniversary timeline montage and the Ma Na Mah Na closing credits segment is replaced by Handclapping Number in the closing credits segment.
- The Southeast Asian home Video release had replacing the Marilyn Horne's "C is for Cookie" song, the Typewriter animated segement, and the "Spanish Word of the Day" segment with the song "The First Time Me Eat Cookie".
- In the original TV airing and in the streaming prints, the kazoo version of the Sesame Street theme music is played on the clip montage, the home video versions meanwhile had the montage has been shorten and the Sesame Street theme is replaced with the montage music used in the Elmo's World segments.
- The home video version had removed the Ten Flowers filmed segment and the Ten Turtles musical animated segment.
- Just like in the Southeast Asian home video release, the HBO Max streaming prints of the episode had removed "Spanish Word of the Day" segment.
