- 50 Cent has 2 prostitutes who has sex with him named Moet & Chandon, & they wear skimpy clothing. After the Disused Subway mission, there is a cutscene in which 50 Cent gets up after having sex with the prostitutes. They are seen smacking each other asses. A woman smacks 50 on the butt at the very end of the game.

- Violence but whenever somebody is killed blood puffs come out & there is no pool of blood. This is unlike the game's counterparts Saints Row & Grand Theft Auto.

- Very strong language throughout the game, which isn't much of a surprise as this is a 50 Cent game. The term "Fuckin' pussies" is said by Tony Yayo throughout the title.
