- The only thing remotely sexual in this film are some shots of the main character in skin tight sports outfits (including slow motion) or tank tops and scenes that have relationships or kissing for a subject, or girls' hip area exposed. None of it is erotic or lingering.
Violence & Gore

- A man rips out a chunk of a girl's hair as she's trying to escape.
- Towards the beginning we see a man's silhouette in the window lunge forward then hear a woman screaming over and over.
- Towards the beginning a police chief is shown a crime scene. He looks all over the room and becomes traumatized and sick from the sight of it. Later the body is carried out in 5 or 6 different body bags.
- This could be a PG movie if it wasn't for so much violence.
- A man grabs a young woman, throws her down on the floor, she gets up, he trips her, she kicks him, he knocks her head against a glass wall, she kicks him off the stairs, and runs away.
- A man attacks a young woman, she burns him using the fireplace and tequila, she stabs his hand with a fire poker, pinning it to the floor (there's a closeup on the hand).

- A girl mentions drinking too much tequila in the past, and then gets out a bottle and offers her friend some (but they don't end up drinking it)

- The killer calls repeatedly, when he appears (as a silhouette), the killer chases the babysitter and two young, crying children around the house.

- A young woman discovers the corpse of the housekeeper underwater as she tries hiding in the greenhouse. Brief but disturbing moment.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The discovery of two corpses in the house is very disturbing as they are random and unexpected.
