I saw this short on my religion lesson and I have never really seen this short until this year. It also surprises me to see that there weren't any reviews on this one already. If you don't know about the story then here it is:
"It is about four teenage boys with foreign backgrounds who suddenly takes an unknown elixir that would turn them into 100% Swedes. In the beginning everything seems to be okay but then the changing did not seem to give a good way."
Instead of being presented on a simple way the director and the writers had given the four boys the "gangsta, hip-hop" attitude. And if you're wondering what I meant with the "Not for everyone" tag I can tell you that there is a lot of dark humor here and American profanities even though it's a Swedish short film. There was one dark humor that made me go: "HEY!" It made me a bit mad, but when it comes to a movie you shouldn't be mad at what they are about to say.
I wouldn't recommend this for children since I think they will not understand the strong language on the dialog.
If you love dark humor and don't mind the profanities then you might as well enjoy it. But if you can't help yourself of being too curious to see it, be careful because this short contains many honest and provocative thoughts from the narration of one of the protagonists. But remember: It's dark Humour guys.
As for the message, it's a good thing to know but even though it doesn't fully explain the whole of it since it's dark humor but I think you will be able to find out. To explain the message now would ruin the experience so let me give you a link to watch the short on YouTube for free.
