Sex & Nudity

- Some sexual dialogue, both humorous and serious is present in the game, including references to intercourse, masturbation, oral sex, pedophilia and rape. One scene depicts a young woman moaning while having sex with an old man, though no nudity is shown. During one cutscene a multitude of naked corpses can be seen vaguely in the background, although it is impossible to discern graphic details.

- The gameplay consists of player characters shooting humanoid monsters, and occasionally other humans. Normal monsters can be mutilated by shooting different body parts - head, arms, or legs. Some of the cutscenes contain extremely graphic depictions of human characters being blown up and shot. In one scene, a human character is shot repeatedly in the face until the top half of his head is missing. Violence is sometimes realistic and other times over-the-top. Dialogue contains additional references to violent acts, such as castration, rape, and suicide.
